Because every personalized item is custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or an error was made on our part.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We'll gladly arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate solution.
